Office Information
First Visit
Because of the time constraints on after school appointments, we have scheduled your initial appointment to allow Dr. Enoch sufficient time to do a thorough examination and to discuss his findings with you. The preliminary examination will result in one of three outcomes:
1. The patient is not ready, or may not need treatment and is placed on recall (Development Supervision) to be seen at a later date. 2. The orthodontic treatment will be of a limited nature at this time and appointments will be scheduled for construction and fitting of appliances. 3. If the problem appears to warrant comprehensive orthodontic therapy, full diagnostic records will be necessary.
Radiographs (X-rays)

If you have a current panoramic x-ray from your general dentist or other specialist (6 months or earlier) , please bring it to your appointment.
3-D Models
Our office utilizes 3-D Models from OrthoCad.
Fees
1. The initial exam and diagnostic records are complimentary to you thereby enabling the doctors to provide you with the information you need to start your orthodontic treatment.
2. Treatment fees are dependent on many factors including: the difficulty of treatment, time necessary, or when treatment will begin. We will be glad to give you our best estimate at the initial appointment, but it may be necessary to wait until the diagnosis has been made to determine the extent of the problems and the treatment necessary. Treatment fees may be paid in one fee (bookkeepers allowance); or for your convenience, the fee may be broken down into an initial payment and monthly payments. In addition, we work with Orthodontic Fee Plan to help with a flexible finance plan. Click here to learn more about OFP.
