In order to help our patients fulfill their treatment goals, we are starting an incentive program using "wooden tokens". Patients will receive a token at their regular appointment for each area of excellent cooperation. The tokens can be redeemed for prizes. Tokens are awarded for the following:
- Arriving on time for appointments
- Having no loose or broken appliances
- Earning an excellent or good on tooth brushing and flossing
- Earning and excellent or good for wearing elastics, headgear, or appliances
- An appointment for your birthday month
- Referring a new patient to our practice (20 Tokens/Patient)
- Winning an office contest
- Wearing your new patient T-Shirt to the office
This program is our way of saying THANK YOU for being such a great patient.
No tokens will be awarded at an appointment to repair or replace lost or broken appliances, or if the patient missed their last appointment without calling the office 24 hours in advance. Each patient will be given a special cup to store their own "wooden tokens." Tokens are not replaced if they are lost.
The wooden tokens can be redeemed at any time for prizes found in our Wired-N-Inspired picture books.
